3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has been dispatched, containing your unique tracking number(s). The tracking number will typically become active within 24-48 hours. You can track your package directly through the link in your email or via our website’s tracking portal.

4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Veluna is not responsible for any customs or taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

5. Damages and Missing Packages

While Veluna is not liable for products damaged or lost during transit, we want you to have a seamless experience.

  • If you receive your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

  • Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

  • If your tracking status is "Delivered" but you have not received your package, please check with neighbors or your local post office before contacting our support team.
