Veluna Refund & Return Policy
At Veluna, we want you to be absolutely confident in your journey toward clearer breathing. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, our team is here to support you.
1. Returns
Due to the nature of our respiratory products and for essential hygiene and safety reasons, we can only accept returns on items that are unopened, unused, and in their original heat-sealed packaging.

You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same pristine condition that you received it.

Your item must be in the original, untampered packaging.

A receipt or proof of purchase is required to process your request.
2. Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for:

Any Veluna inhaler where the box or the protective seal has been opened.

Products that have been used or sampled.

Gift cards.
3. Refunds
Once we receive your item, our quality control team will inspect it and notify you of the receipt. We will immediately update you on the status of your refund after the inspection is complete.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will typically receive the credit within 5–10 business days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
4. Shipping Costs for Returns
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of the original shipping will be deducted from your total.
5. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a product that is damaged or defective (e.g., a damaged inhaler casing or faulty seal), please contact us immediately at support@veluna.store (or your chosen domain) with your order number and a photo of the defect. We will arrange for a priority replacement or a full refund at no cost to you.
6. Order Cancellations
We process orders rapidly to ensure you receive your Veluna as soon as possible. If you need to cancel your order, please email us within 12 hours of placement. Once an order has been processed and shipped, it can no longer be cancelled and must follow the standard return process.
